In January, our Club traditionally organizes Polish Carols (kolędy) singing. In years past we have sung to the piano accompaniment by Barbara Wróblewska, with other artists showing their skills as well. Some years we keep it casual gathering around the piano downstairs, more family style. Every year it is a wonderful experience and a great time to teach children the Polish songs of the holidays.
In April, we enjoyed children's folk dance performed by Ukrainian Veselka and Polish Sokoly. Many thanks to Irina and George Arabagi, Malgorzata Wojciechowska, Piotr Irby, Ted Savarese, Mary Kay Stuvland, Anna and Bogdan Komorniczak and all the performers for the memorable and charming evening we spent together.
